Although your clients may provide you with a form to submit your articles through or you may have another writing program on your computer, Microsoft Word is recommended. They have a nice spell check program, which you should rely on. Instead of going back and fixing your errors right away, let Microsoft do the work for you. Once your article is completed, you can simply go back and change the errors, which should be underlined in red for you. On that same note, be sure to proofread your article still.

Speaking of proofreading, if you are writing a series of articles, like 3 or more, you may want to write as many articles as possible and then proofread when you are finished. This may help to reduce writer's blocks. If you get "in the zone," with writing, you may not want to stop. You may find yourself writing a number of articles at a very fast rate of speed. However, if you stop to proofread each article, your flow may be disrupted.

As an important note, many new writers assume that the quickest way to write articles is to rewrite articles they find online. This is a gray area. If you are writing articles for someone else, your client may ask for unique articles. If so, it is okay to use the internet to research, but not to copy an article. However, some clients will ask for article rewrites. Most times, you are rewriting PLR articles, which the clients in question own themselves.

The above mentioned tips are just a few of the basics that you need to understand to start making money as an article writer. To help increase your chances of making money, you will want to familiarize yourself with internet marketing, search engine optimization, and keyword articles. Doing so will allow you to increase your profits, no matter who you are writing for.

When the Xbox 360 was designed, Microsoft created it with its own error reporting system. This system is very helpful in that if something goes wrong with your console you can easily diagnose the problem.

It is very similar to the reporting system in a car. You have the gas light that tells you that you should have filled up about 10 miles ago. You have a check engine light that tells you that you may want to hold off on Christmas shopping for the moment. You also have brake lights, oil lights etc.

The Xbox 360 also has its own set of warning signals to let you know that something is going on with your console. Some signals are minor while others mean that the end is near. Here is a list of the different flashing light signals and what each of them mean.

1 Flashing Light

Your Xbox 360 indicates this error when only the bottom right part of the ring is flashing. It is usually associated with an error code you see on the screen. Searching for this error code online or in the Microsoft support site will give you the description and solution.

Usually the problem lies on the DVD drive whether it is the wrong firmware or lacks a chip. It may also be a hard drive error which can be resolved by taking it out and putting it back in or it can be a voltage error which usually occurs if you have added accessories to it. It is best to research the error code so you know exactly what to do.

2 Flashing Lights

One of the most common is when two red lights are flashing. No need to panic if you see only two because its sole meaning is that the console is too hot and needs to cool down. Power down the system and try again in a few minutes or if possible after an hour or two.

After giving the system some rest and playing in a much cooler environment, you should be back to your gaming in better performance. If the problem persists however, you may need to have it serviced to have the cooling issue fixed.

3 Flashing Lights

If you see three flashing lights, you are experiencing the infamous 3 red lights error problem that many other gamers are frustrated with. You may also know it as the Red Ring of Death. At one point 1 out of every 3 Xbox 360 owners experienced this problem. This is the one error that you do not want to get. This highlights that there is a serious Xbox 360 hardware problem.

Your options are to send your console back to Microsoft for repair or to fix it yourself. Be prepared to spend a nice amount of money ($140 or so) if you are sending your system to Microsoft for an out of warranty repair. 4 Flashing Lights

If you have to get any flashing lights on your Xbox 360, pray that this is the one. If the entire ring flashes, it is a minor problem that indicates that the AV cable isn't connected properly or in rare instances, the cable is damaged. Make sure everything is properly connected and replace it if It still doesn't work.

How To Write a Article

If you're reading this, you probably have experienced some problems with how to write a article. If so, this article is for you.

Me, I struggled a lot with it at first. That's when I started researching and experimenting with ways of building up texts. Here are some good basics to compose a nice article.

1.Choose a topic

This shouldn't be too hard since most people who want to write already have something to write about. If you don't, you can find some good topics by brainstorming or just looking around in the room you're in.

2.Find a good title

You should really put some effort in finding a strong title, you're whole text will be judged by your headline. It's a good idea to put some keywords in there, but be sure that it reads fluently.

3.Create interesting content

Make sure you know a lot about your topic or you are interested enough to start doing some heavy researching on it. People will know when you're just pulling facts out of the air.

4.Intro, body & conclusion

Divide your text with an intro then move on to the body and finally write a conclusion. Here's what you want to say in these parts:

-Intro: Simply say what you're going to say in the body.

-Body: Say it.

-Conclusion: Summarize all the points you made in the body.

Start with writing your articles intro and conclusion, then write the body. You'll notice it's easier to write like this.

5.Breaking up

Break up your article in points. Use one point per paragraph, people will be more encouraged to read small parts of text instead of one giant chunk of words. Keep to a maximum of about 6 sentences per paragraph.

6.Keep it simple

Don't use difficult words if you can avoid them, readers appreciate an easy to read text, so do you.

7.Examples

Let people know that you know what you're talking about. Give them examples and talk about your experiences.

8.Resource box

If you're trying to get people to a blog or website, you should use a resource box.

Don't just put links in your article, keep them for the box. Don't use too many either, a max of 2 links is more than enough. Tell a bit about yourself and then go into the 'sales-line'. Something like: 'If you like more info about … go to http://...'

To wrap it up let's repeat everything I've shown you.

-Choose a topic

-Find a good headline

-Create interesting content

-First intro & conclusion, then body

-Break up in points

-Use short paragraphs

-Keep your text simple

-Use examples and share experiences

The best way to do this is to spell out your benefits rather than rely on the implications of your message.

Also, be sure to have your benefits listed in your content and how your readers can get them. Not only do you engage them in the practical sense, but it also means that you encourage them emotionally that they feel satisfied and pleased every time they conclude their browsing of your online printing website.

The point here is this - although people in general are smart enough to know the implied benefits in your copy, they are so busy with so many things that it wouldn't hurt if you spell it out for them. If you want prompt action to your website message, then go for expressed benefits.
